Measure your floor

Two numbers is all we need. The diagram updates as you type.

Step 1 · Width across the door

Stand at the garage door and measure wall to wall, straight across. Keep the tape flat on the floor and measure at floor level, not up at the wall framing.

Step 2 · Depth to the back wall

From the inside face of the garage door, measure straight back to the far wall. If there is a step, a laundry nook or a cupboard at the back, stop the tape there and add it in step 3.

Step 3 · Nooks and alcoves

Most garages have a bit extra: a laundry alcove, a cupboard for the hot water cylinder, or a recess beside the door. Measure the biggest one and we will allow for it.

Rough is fine. Ezra confirms every measurement on the free site visit before anything is cut.

A couple of snaps of the floor helps us price it accurately, especially if the concrete is cracked, painted or has an old covering on it. Up to 6 photos.

Can you carpet over an existing epoxy or painted floor?

In most cases yes. We assess the surface at the measure and prep it so the glue bonds properly for a long-lasting finish.

How do I clean garage carpet?

Just vacuum like normal carpet. Spills wipe up easily, and the dense pile hides everyday garage grime well.

Will a car tyre damage it?

No, it's specifically rated for vehicle traffic. Hot tyres and turning wheels are no problem for a properly glued-down garage carpet.

What colours are available?

Charcoal and grey tones are the most popular, with other shades available. We'll show you the options that suit your space at the measure.
